DREAM Alive Students at the Workshop Read More Elements employees recently joined forces with DREAM Alive, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring vulnerable youth in Indianapolis, to conduct a series of summer workshops focusing on financial literacy and career readiness. Elements Employees Celebrate Purpose Day See Our Purpose at Work Since 1930, Elements has been committed to serving our community. Seven years ago, this dedication inspired the creation of Purpose Day — a special time when our employees unite to serve the causes we care about. This year we celebrated our 7th annual Purpose Day.
